Logo Redesign
1974
In the 1970s, Omega updated its logo as the brand reached a significant milestone, ranking among the world’s leading watch manufacturers and expanding through numerous subsidiaries. The redesign introduced red into the emblem, adding a bold accent associated with achievement and ambition.
The graphic elements were given sharper, more precise lines, creating a cleaner appearance reminiscent of printed typography. At the same time, the symbols retained smooth, flowing forms that added a sense of movement and energy. Together, these refinements gave the logo a more disciplined and dynamic character, reflecting Omega’s growing prominence and continued development.
